fairly clean recently refurbished accommodation with magnificent location close to the city center and welcoming staff. location short walk to close to railway station, a bus terminal and central sundsvall, sweden. nice customer care, parking nearby. no charge for wake up service and ironing too. really nice experience there.

I stayed here for one day and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip. the whole place was clean and offered nice views, making it a perfect location near the bus terminal. My family room was well-equipped and featured a very clean bed. the service was good!

I had a really nice stay at the Best Western Hotel Baltic in Sundsvall. The venue is clean and it has an excellent location, just a short distance from the main areas and the city center.

Free covered and secured motorcycle parking spaces. Free sauna . Extensive breakfast . Very nice staff . Super Location

Very good breakfast buffet with fish, fruit and everything your heart desires. Even lactose-free products are offered. Very good, hotel-owned restaurant. Public parking spaces (subject to charges) directly in front of the hotel.

As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of this hotel. The interior decoration was charming and reminded me of the beautiful stone buildings from the 19th century that surround the city center. It was lovely to see the careful renovation the hotel has undergone, maintaining superb standards and comfort. The general areas were easily accessible, allowing me to move around comfortably. It was refreshing to see that the hotel is a totally non-smoking property, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for all guests.

Although the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, I would have preferred if they were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been wonderful if they provided additional assistance and thoughtful amenities to make the vacation even better for senior people like me.

Very welcoming staff, no problem to arrive very late at the hotel. Request for additional facilities for babay cot, etc.. worked brilliantly.
